Cardio is very important
I am not a big runner but I knew I needed cardio. I tried everything I could think of to try and get myself to become a runner and it just never happened. I would see all these runners around my neighborhood and just think why can’t I be one of them. There are so many great benefits to running like getting rid of the belly I put on in the last few years of not working out. I tried getting new shoes and new running clothes to try to motivate myself and get myself to like running and nothing worked. So one day I was reading my health magazines and what I learned changed my exercise life forever. You can get the same benefits of running in other cardio workouts. What they listed is jumping rope, swimming, riding a bike, and many others to help you get your cardio in without having to run. I was so excited so I went out and bought a new bike and started cycling around my town. I love it I get a great exercise in and I don’t have to run. I get all the benefits of cardio without all the running.
