How to get motivation
If you are looking for a great way to motivate you to get to the gym? I have a great suggestion for you. I was just like you I knew I needed to get my body in shape but each time I tried I would get bored and give up so I decided I had to try something new and exciting to get me to go to the gym. So I signed up to be in a contest. It was one of those muscle contest and it was the best motivator I have ever had. I worked harder than I ever had before. Knowing I would have to stand up in front of everyone in the audience Bering compared to all those women who have worked out for years was scary enough to get me moving. Of course I didn’t even come close to winning but I had so much fun. And if you think all those girls are going to laugh at you and make fun of you, let me tell you not one made fun of me they all just told me how proud they were of me that I was trying at all. I had so much fun and I learned a lot about myself.
