Just say no
Processed foods are everywhere, yet they always tell you in every magazine and new diet book that you need to stay away from them and cut them out of your life for good. The claim is that they mess up all your hormones, slow down your metabolism and generally just mess everything up inside these bodies of ours. So how do we stay away from them? You can’t go to the store and go down any isle without running into something processed. And how do you tell what is processed and what is not? Are backed crackers in the same boat as the rubbery cheese that looks like something you would make in science class? If you are like me and you are so lost in all this processed foods rat race then let me help you with a little saying that really helped me. If you what you are buying did not have a mother or come from the ground then stay away from it. I know it is a lot easier said than done believe me. But the benefits are incredible. The energy you will have and the freedom of mind knowing your doing the best for your one body is worth it. Now does that mean you can’t have the occasional Oreo cookie? No just in general stay away from them.
